Easy ways to overcome depression

Let's fight depression

What is depression?
Depression is a state of being sad, anxious and sometimes hopeless.
If you are in this category of people, you can start cleaning those tears flowing from your eyes because this blog will show you how to overcome this monster called depression.

The ways to overcome depression include;
  1. Doing what you love to do best
  2. Avoid stress
  3. Spend more time with family members
  4. Make time for outings (especially with friends)
  5. Don't stay alone, as you may have negative thoughts
  6. Confide in a trusted person who will never betray you
     (I advise that the person be your parent)
  7. Read books that can get you lost in thoughts
  8. Do not smoke or drink. You will only make things worse.
  9. Meet your religious leaders for advice
10. Don't allow people to take advantage of you
11. Keep a positive attitude and a positive mindset
12. Above all, ask God to help you. But He will help you ONLY if you are His child.


If you can put all this into action, depression will surrender to you. Don't forget to listen to soul-music. It helps a lot.
